BookingOnce you have selected the dress, choose the dates you need it and complete the booking process. To ensure your peace of mind, we ship the dress 2-3 days before the rental start date, so you have ample time to try it on.
Reception and testing: You will receive the dress directly to your home. We recommend that you try it on as soon as it arrives to ensure that everything is perfect. If there are any problems with the fit, please contact our customer service immediately.
Return: After the event, returning the dress is easy. Use the original packaging and prepaid shipping labels provided to send it back at no extra cost.
Care and Maintenance: Each dress is professionally washed and sanitised after each use. To rent a dress, visit the "Rental" section on our website, choose your favourite dress and the dates you need it. Complete the online booking process by providing the required information. You will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your order.
To ensure that each customer receives their dress early enough, Julieta Collections usually dispatches the dresses 2-3 days before the start date of the rental. This approach is designed to offer ease and peace of mind, ensuring that you have time to try on the dress and make sure everything is perfect for your event. In addition, this period allows you to manage any unforeseen events or last-minute changes. The estimated delivery date will be clearly indicated during the booking process, and you will be notified as soon as your dress is dispatched, complete with tracking to follow the path of your package until delivery.
Clothes can be rented for a minimum period of 3 days up to a maximum of 14 days. It is possible to extend the rental period by contacting our customer service before the expiry of the initial term.
If the dress does not fit you, you can return it within 24 hours of receipt. We will try our best to send you another one in time for your event. You will not incur any additional shipping costs. If this is not possible, you will receive a voucher for another rental.
The package includes all return instructions. Use the original packaging and prepaid shipping service to send the dress back at the end of the rental period. The dress must be returned in good condition.
Cleaning is included in the rental service. The clothes are professionally inspected and cleaned after each use to ensure the highest quality and hygiene.

Depending on the specific model and finish, a dress is rented a minimum of 5 times and a maximum of 15 times. Once the rental limit is reached, the clothes are collected from the rental service and can be sold as part of our guaranteed second-hand collection or recycled in a responsible manner.
